As a customer, you are accompanied by a dedicated Account Manager who centralizes all your requests and takes charge of the complete management of your company or organization's training programs.
Within our planning department, a dedicated Planning Manager is responsible for setting up training programs for all your employees. They provide an overview and ensure that training methods are adapted to the specific needs of each individual, whether in terms of timetable, choice of language teacher, or other special requirements.
The foreign language trainers allocated to each language training cycle are carefully selected by the Planning Manager from our team of experienced teachers, who are supervised in turn by our Pedagogical Coordination service. Whether it's a question of experience in your field of activity, a regional accent, or the skills to run a specific type of training, the Planning Manager ensures that the profiles of teachers and learners match.
Under the direction of our Head of Pedagogical Coordination, the Coordination team supports, guides and evaluates our trainers. They ensure that the client's requirements are communicated, that they are trained in our BTL approach, and that the most appropriate teaching resources are chosen and adapted to the specific context of each learner.
The pedagogical support team also ensures constant, proactive monitoring of learner satisfaction. From the very first beginning of a course, we gather feedback on their experience and organize regular meetings with teachers to share feedback and suggestions, reinforce best practices and ensure continuous improvement.
Finally, our Administration Department supports the entire process by managing the back office, including administrative documents (contracts, attendance sheets), tracking attendance statistics and distributing teaching aids.
