To lead this approach, a Handicap Referent has been appointed within our organization. With the aim of establishing a culture of inclusion, and guaranteeing the accessibility of training courses, his missions are based on the following axes:

• Develop in-house information and awareness campaigns
• Welcoming and supporting learners with disabilities
• Coordinate the necessary pedagogical adjustments with the teaching team, trainers and specialist service providers
• Rely on a network of partners (AGEFIPH, FIPHFP, OPCO, etc.) to keep abreast of developments and provide food for thought.
• Enriching teaching practices
• Define a multi-year progress plan

We invite people with disabilities to inform us of their specific needs as soon as they register or start their training course, in order to :

• Set up appropriate teaching and material facilities

Our training courses are available :
