Accessibility
Our training courses are open to people with disabilities.
Our commitment
At the heart of our CSR and Quality policy, we have embarked on an accessibility initiative to improve our support services for learners. We do our utmost to ensure that our training courses are accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the law of February 11, 2005 and the requirements of the Qualiopi standards.
All our teaching and administrative teams are regularly made aware of the need to welcome people with disabilities, so that they can adopt good training practices and foster a caring learning environment adapted to each individual's needs.
Our Disability Officer
To lead this approach, a Handicap Referent has been appointed within our organization. With the aim of establishing a culture of inclusion, and guaranteeing the accessibility of training courses, his missions are based on the following axes:
- Develop in-house information and awareness campaigns
- Welcoming and supporting learners with disabilities
- Coordinate the necessary pedagogical adjustments with the teaching team, trainers and specialist service providers
- Rely on a network of partners (AGEFIPH, FIPHFP, OPCO, etc.) to keep abreast of developments and provide food for thought.
- Enriching teaching practices
- Define a multi-year progress plan
His role is therefore fully in line with the company's values: continuous improvement and progress, well-being and benevolence in the workplace, support and training on a daily basis. measure.

Reception and adaptation procedures
We invite people with disabilities to inform us of their specific needs as soon as they register or start their training course, in order to :
- Set up appropriate teaching and material facilities
- Mobilize specialized partners if necessary (AGEFIPH, MDPH, specialized service providers, etc.).
Accessibility of premises and tools
Our training courses are available :
- Visit In person - Our premises at 82 boulevard Haussmann 75008 Paris are currently not accessible to people with reduced mobility, due to the structure and management of the building: alternatives are offered, either through distance learning, or by having our trainers visit learners' workplaces within our geographical perimeter.
- A distance - Accessible digital tools, wherever possible (compatible with screen readers, adapted contrasts, etc.).
